I can't add a phone number to my microsoft account on microsoft rewards.

I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

    I have the same problem since 2022 and have made multiple requests to Microsoft, but they don't know how to resolve it. I'm stillwainting for their response

    Bonjour Ishan Verma1,

    La seule méthode qui m'est proposée est d'entrer un numéro de téléphone. Quelle autre méthode peut m'être proposée si je n'ai pas de choix ? J'ai ajouté une capture d'écran pour illustrer le problème.
