I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves. They are purposley not fixing this issue so that you cannot claim your rewards! Very sad really. They know if you cant add a phone number or change your phone number, you wont be able to claim rewards. Why? Because xbox will send the verification code to the phone number on your microsoft account without the option of having it emailed. Very scammy type behavior.

Microsoft is purposely trying to stop us from redeeming our rewards. We can file a lawsuit if this continues.

Yes exactly. Microsoft is by all accounts embezzling our cash.

I have sent numerous emails to Microsoft but no replies. Customer care does exiting Microsoft.

If we delete the phone numbers from our other accounts..it still detect it was used before?

I think the average person have at least two accounts and most people only have one number. They know this is an issue and refuses to help
