I have access to the new Bing but cannot use the chat function in Bing on Edge

I joined the waitlist about 10 days ago and got access a few days ago. However, when I attempt to use Bing chat in Edge, it always pops up a screen and tells me that "Chat mode is only available when you have access to the new Bing." I have signed in with the account to which the access has been granted. How do I resolve the issue?

2023-03-25T10:29:20+00:00 I have the same problem. I did not get email regarding receiving access to bing, but the prompt itself says "You're in! Welcome to the new Bing!". And after I click Chat Now I get navigated to chat and see the same prompt again.
