I have access to the new Bing but cannot use the chat function in Bing on Edge

I joined the waitlist about 10 days ago and got access a few days ago. However, when I attempt to use Bing chat in Edge, it always pops up a screen and tells me that "Chat mode is only available when you have access to the new Bing." I have signed in with the account to which the access has been granted. How do I resolve the issue?

    Me uní a la lista de espera hace unos 10 días y obtuve acceso hace unos días. Sin embargo, cuando intento usar el chat de Bing en Edge, siempre aparece una pantalla y me dice que "El modo de chat solo está disponible cuando tienes acceso al nuevo Bing". He iniciado sesión con la cuenta a la que se ha concedido el acceso. ¿Cómo resuelvo el problema?

    As of March 2023, Microsoft instantly accepts if you sign up at https://bing.com/new. If you have not got access to it yet, something is not right. Please check if your Birth date at Microsoft Account is correct/configured. You will not get access to the same if there is no date of birth.
