I have access to the new Bing but cannot use the chat function in Bing on Edge

I joined the waitlist about 10 days ago and got access a few days ago. However, when I attempt to use Bing chat in Edge, it always pops up a screen and tells me that "Chat mode is only available when you have access to the new Bing." I have signed in with the account to which the access has been granted. How do I resolve the issue?

    Hello! My name is Nazia.

Did you try to fix this by clearing the cache and cookies of your Edge?

Check if the problem is still visible by using Edge InPrivate window.

    Regards,

    Nazia

I've found that many users have experienced the same problem, and the possible root cause could be the massive number of users accessing this new platform and the chat as well. Because of this, a number of users have noticed this unexpected error.

I recommend that you provide feedback and suggestions through the Microsoft feedback portal:

That is all I can do for you, unfortunately.

    And you're welcome!
