I have access to the new Bing but cannot use the chat function in Bing on Edge

I joined the waitlist about 10 days ago and got access a few days ago. However, when I attempt to use Bing chat in Edge, it always pops up a screen and tells me that "Chat mode is only available when you have access to the new Bing." I have signed in with the account to which the access has been granted. How do I resolve the issue?

    April 10th, still not fixed Microsoft? Everything was working ok for the Chat, but then Edge would not remember my saved tabs despite having the accurate settings. So I reinstalled now I'm stuck in a loop when I click on Chat and just get redirected over and over again. Not a single piece of advice to solve this? Never had this problem with Chrome. Got to pick up the slack Microsoft!

    Thank you for your messages. I am using on my phone and I couldn't use Bing chat. It's really frustrating now. It's been a long time, I couldn't use Bing chat. So what should I do now?

    Thanks for your message. I too managed to get rid of the problem on Windows 11: I removed all Edge cache and cookies, closed Edge and deleted all Edge processes, re-started my computer, created a new Microsoft (Bing) account and logged into it and then it worked. 👍
