I have 951 points but in the webpage it said I only have 245 points.Wth Microsoft?

Ikr Aimee! Glad you get it. I suspect it has todo with the fact we have to give away points every month. I had to give 300 in the first month!
The problem lies with Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. If you use a different browser such as chrome or opera and log into your reward page it will work. I have the same problem with Microsoft browsers. From previous experience, I know that when you sign in, you actually sign in 2 different places and Microsoft browsers only seem to login one of these places so you only get part of your points.
