I have 951 points but in the webpage it said I only have 245 points.Wth Microsoft?

this is a solution i got from microsoft when webpage and site points were diff and it worked
go to this site and turn the give mode off. then try earning.
it worked for me idk abt others.
It is a little late now i did that a while ago but that worked for m when i tired it

My homepage says I have a little over 3000 but when I check my dashboard, I suddenly have 636 points, Microsoft please explain!!
When i load up my Bing homepage screen, it shows I saved up 2000 points. But if i go into my rewards dashboard it shows I only have 347 points. Please help.
Sorry to jump on post but I have this every time I buy a game digitally. Currently offered 4000 points if I buy evil dead which I have e. No points added as won’t let me click checklist
