    hello Alan, thank you for your response, I want to ask a little about the problem of Indonesian numbers that can't be added, I want to ask, I'm redeeming the code to get Robux but I have to verify with an Indonesian number, meanwhile Indonesian numbers are not supported by Microsoft, How can I redeem my points into robux without having to verify my number?

    i can't, I've been waiting for it for a long time and the code doesn't show up. And I don't think we can redeem the prize forever and i don't think Microsoft will fix it. if someone how to solve it pls tell me, I be glad

    I've been this problem since 1 month ago until now,

    I Still can't add my phone number and I've tried to create new Microsoft account, but it's the same.

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

    Recently, many community users have reported that they are unable to add a cell phone number to their Microsoft account.

    We are aware of this issue and it may be a temporary server issue.

    Below are alternatives to this issue:

    Step 1: Log in to the following website:

    https://account.live.com/names/manage

    Add a new email address to your Microsoft account. Do not add the @outlook.com email address.

    Please use the three-part mailbox like Gmail/Yahoo/Aol mail address.

    Step 2: Set the three-part mailbox email address as the primary alias for the account.

    Step 3: Add a new phone number to the account.

    Step 4: Change the primary alias back to your previous @outlook.com email address.

    Step 5: You can now remove the three-part email account you added。
