You all seem to be experiencing the same thing.
My 5 Microsoft accounts were locked by Microsoft, I tried asking Microsoft customer care but they were only given a link. My account is currently still locked.
I have tried using various telephone numbers but still can't open it.
Same they only said they invetigating it and no reply for 1 month
This has not been solved at all. I have made two tickets and they are all ignored!
