Does the Indonesia's phone number can't connect to Microsoft account?

I'm the one who get a trouble using verification for my microsoft account.. I use my indonesia numbers but it can't works please help...

you cannot verify using Indonesia phone number, until now it has not been resolved, i have a friend that her outlook account suddenly locked, and to unlocked it, you has to put your phone number, which you cannot do that with Indonesia phone number (tried multiple times, always failed), you had to used foreign phone number to unlocked it (she used her friend Singapore phone number and it works).

Okay, I tried to redeem my robux, but it requires a phone number. However, when I try to donate to children, it doesn't require a phone number.T_T

i still haven't been able verify my phone number, i think that Indonesia is one of the country has been blocked for phone number verification

I had the same issue on my mobile phone when I wanted to redeem my points, but recently I tried using my laptop, and it worked. I was able to successfully redeem my reward points.
