Ur saying it's a temporary bug? and in a few days, it'll work?? i think it has been months and yet not fixed. please c'mon you guys, I've invested my time on this Microsoft reward and so everyone has, you know u can't get 1,500 points in just a day. all those times wasted, could we get what we wanted? no. I respect your time and u should respect ours too, I know it might not be simple but please your reconsideration could be really helpful for us. in all many means, please please fix it for us. thank you.

Hi Hanz,
This is a temporary bug from Microsoft where some specific country codes do not work. Give a few days, and it should start working automatically as per experience on the forum.

yes me too, i can't input phone number, so i can't claim that reward

I'm already tried your suggested but it still did'nt work for me. so did they also disbled the autoredeem feature? because it seems fine before for me redeemed my reward using auto feature without the phone number intact.
