Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

This did not work for me. Interestingly it also does it on 3 other devices including a phone. It feels likes its set at the MS end. Almost a flag for saying we have done something we should not.

For me, i was not doing anything weird or 'dodgy'. I do use a VPN but that is to connect to the office for work. But not on my phone or these other devices.

EDIT : Disregard that. I tried the wheel again. Got a bunch of 0s and then got 500 pts again. Guess what? Getting the "Ooops..." message again! The wheel is broken guys. Look into it!

    Hello again,

I have set the following points in the Windows 11 data protection settings for the location settings.

    1. Disabled: Allow overriding
    2. Clear: Location history
    3. Saved: Set my default location via Maps app
    4. Cleared: Browser cache

The next day everything was working again.

Maybe that's the solution for you too and the rewards error display with "Oops..." will disappear again.

I did 1 and 3 yesterday, and, weidly enough, it seems to be back to normal today. After the 25th, I could still earn points but not use them until now. Could also be just a coincidence - it's also been one week since I began getting the message, so it could just be the "ban" expiring.

Glad it's not permanent, but still concerning since I'm not using a VPN. Don't know what triggered the ban, either the wheel, or the website getting my location wrong, but it definitely should be looked into...

Absolutely mind boggling that there are all these points/streaks/ and giveaways that have all been rendered defunct and void because of this terrible system.

Someone should hop on a class action and take these guys for FRAUD.

Mine also just started working randomly. Would really appreciate a recovery of all my lost points because of this.
