Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

    Same issue here, except i've never done this Spin the Wheel challenge.

    I'm in the United States - English and I'm in the United States speaking English and I can no longer earn or redeem Bing points. No VPN.

    Same exact issue for my account - no VPN was used, just all of a sudden when I went to Edge to see if there were any available daily rewards left for me to do for point and had the "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" message on the rewards point balance page. The URL the message provides just links to the this-is-everything-we-make-terms-dumped-together-all-in-one page which is just about less helpful then not answering or providing a link at all.

    Bei mir seit gestern. Ich hab weder ein wheel spin gedreht, noch vpn benutzt und es steht alles auf Deutschland. Das Reward Programm sollte meiner Meinung nach mal komplett überholt werden. Ständig bugs, oder karten die man nicht aktivieren kann. Es nervt nur noch. Mal sehen ob das bis Dinstag gefixt wird oder ob ich meine 183 glücksserie in die Tonne hauen kann

    Kontaktieren Sie den Microsoft-Support für Belohnungen. Erklären Sie, dass Ihre täglichen Sets ausgegraut sind. Sie haben meinen Fehler behoben und meine Serie aufrechterhalten.

    Hello again,

    I have set the following points in the Windows 11 data protection settings for the location settings.

    1. Disabled: Allow overriding
    2. Clear: Location history
    3. Saved: Set my default location via Maps app
    4. Cleared: Browser cache

    The next day everything was working again.

    Maybe that's the solution for you too and the rewards error display with "Oops..." will disappear again.
