Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

    Selbes Problem heute früh. War im schweizerischen Netz eingeloggt, auf meiner Reise gestern, aber im Wifi in Deutschland zuletzt. Jetzt ist auch plötzlich alles auf grau umgeschaltet, obwohl es davor noch ging. Sammeln von Mobilpunkten momentan unmöglich. Die Desktoppunkte gingen noch. Auch per VPN extra auf Deutschland verbinden bringt nichts. Bitte Problem beheben. Danke

    Same issue here but in Canada. No VPNs or traveling. Simply got a notification from Microsoft Rewards in Edge to Spin the Wheel, won 500 pts right away (cool!), tried to play again, was redirected to my rewards page which displayed the "Oops! Looks like you are on the go!" message.

    Could it be that winning 500pts with Spin the Wheel somehow triggers some kind of anti-cheat? I'm seeing a trend in these comments.

    Same issue here, except i've never done this Spin the Wheel challenge.

    I'm in the United States - English and I'm in the United States speaking English and I can no longer earn or redeem Bing points. No VPN.

    the reason is because of the spin the wheel thing microsoft did.
