Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

    I am in the USA and have earned all of my points in the USA.

    I will not let me earn any more points because of the message I previously sent.

    yea but all i did was spin a wheel 2 times and got 500 points but now its not letting me do anything with it first the 100 robux digital code now my whole acc
