So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

I also have this issue. I went on a cruise now I am back and all my rewards are locked out. This issue does not seem to have any clear resolution. They just close the ticket if you open one. They ask for this:
Then close your issue. How am I supposed to give you a screenshot if there is no place to do this in the ticket and you close this one?
