Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

Are you suggesting that the use of a VPN indicates that I might be in another country other than my own? Far and away the biggest use of VPNs (in the UK at least) is to connect to work networks from home or elsewhere. It has never affected me before, and I find it hard to believe that use of a work VPN within the same country contravenes Microsoft's Service Agreement.

Either way, I got this error message immediately after completing one of the scratch-and-win competitions. It appears whether or not I have my (work) VPN connected.

You are fake and fraud. I earned all my points in the same location with the same Edge browser. But when I am trying to redeem it shows this message.

You make fools from people, pathetic Microsoft.

They are frauds. They will never let you redeem your points. they made you to use Edge. That is all.

Well mine started doing this after visiting Scotland for just a few days with my laptop, so I would have registered as in a different country for my laptop login to windows, however, not my logging into MS Rewards, as I only use Edge and my PC for that. Now I'm back I am getting this message constantly, no VPN used, same browser, same PC.

I raised a support ticket for the issue, it was promptly closed without any action, nor explanation. Great customer experience.
