So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

Same thing is happening to me, I live in American and am NOT traveling! How do I fix this?!
Contact Rewards support. Also if your using Microsoft edge try Firefox browser it worked for me.
This just happened to me today and I opened a support request, I won't hold my breath! Seems a lot of people have had this problem and so far upon researching this, I have seen no one have any success with fixing this. Maybe they are trying to get rid of people who regularly use the rewards. I am wondering if you will see this and did you ever have your problem resolved?
I think that everyone on this thread should get together and create a CLASS ACTION law suit against Microsoft. I feel cheated and robbed. We should have all been Grandfathered in and retain out legally obtained points. I can't help it if I travel around the world and want to continue using Bing Rewards... I have 200,000 points that I cannot use. In essence I have lost more than $200 and Greedy Microsoft the Number One Tech Giant on the planet gets to keep this.
This Microsoft process reminds me of medieval fiefdom where the king demands more taxes from the peasants and does everything in its power to rob and steal, and strip naked these poor peasants from everything they have...

I emailed them and they responded with the below, which was no help, and never followed up. I use the rewards every day, as Bing is my main browser. I love to use the rewards on ROBUX for my daughter! At least it was only 2,000 points or so that i lost. Hopefully someone figures this out and we aren't meant to get new accounts each time this happens.
