Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

i am not using a vpn, i have no suspicious software on my computer ,i have only ever connected to Microsoft rewards from this computer, my account is secure as far as i can tell, so you tell me what it is because its over my head at this point, the only thing i can put it down to is your security is blocking the rewards window from recognising my location and computer the only thing that has changed at my end is i went from wired broadband to fibre optic broadband nothing else has changed at my location same computer using Microsoft defender same location same account beats the hell out of me, ok it has to be Bing because i accessed my Bing account on google chrome and it worked absolutely fine no problems so bing is actualy blocking my location and saying it has a wrong location

I'm getting this same error this morning (August 12). I get it on both my phone, and my desktop, and I haven't left the region (Alberta) at all. It worked fine yesterday, but today it is doing this.

Edit: I should clarify: I don't use a VPN, and I don't have multiple Microsoft accounts. I haven't left my "region" in months.

Mine sorted itself out a day or too later after I had disassociated my work account with it. Ironically now in another country anyway on holiday so can’t really check it.
