Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

It has now been two weeks since I reopened my support ticket, which was summarily closed with a form response by someone who had not actually read it.

I have received no response. I still cannot redeem reward points.

Terrible customer service, Microsoft. Definitely rethinking my plans to upgrade my Xbox One to a Series X - and when my Game Pass Ultimate comes up for renewal, I may rethink that too.

I am getting the exact same error even though no VPN services are enabled. It started on my Xbox SX this morning and after I noticed the error I started to check on several other devices in my home. Each one of them generates the same error even though none of them is currently connected to a VPN service. I suspect there's a glitch on the server side, but I need confirmation from Microsoft itself because all devices are a affected by this error including Edge on Linux (I utilize Windows and Linux, both have this problem).
