Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

    I have to say that Microsoft rewards has no shame, in my country the max point is 10 and in the other countries it's probably 500 points max. I have to wait a lot of time and work on it every single day. Like imagine in the month I only get 300 points (30 day). It's unfair to do this, plus I only get 10 offers per day.

    Shame on Microsoft rewards Fix your problems make it fair

    this same issue had happened to me too.

    I send a customer service request and i got the response from them.

    I send 2 times the request both times they said the same thing that this is because of using VPN.

    They are not giving a solution to this issue.

    The only reason im using Vpn because Microsoft rewards isnt giving us alot of points in my country and this is unfair I've been trying to get rbx for a long time ago but nothing is up..

    See this the same thing that I'm trying to do in my country also I get less points. I can earn points daily but can't redeem it.
