Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

Same here. Went to South Korea and China for a vacation. Used Bing to search a few times there but did not earn any reward points, which is fine by me. After coming back to US, I got the "Oops! Looks like you are on the go" error message. I contacted MS Rewards support, got generic response asking me to verify my current location. But there was no way for me to upload the location verification screenshot or anything. The case seemed closed. I submitted another support request. Will see if MS ever responded to it.
