Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

    I am not using a VPN or outside the country. I can only earn points through Game Pass right now. No other ways of earning points are working right now even though they were yesterday.

    Is there a possible way to have it back? the same thing happened to me but Im not using vpn. How to fix this?

    I am not traveling nor using a vpn, and all of my rewards are greyed out to me.
