Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

The same happened to me. Microsoft is refusing to acknowledge the problem. No VPN. I am in the US. When you tell them the reply is you must be either in foreign country or are using VPN. What is all this AI hoopla about AI when your systems cannot even handle basic data? It is apparent that the wrong status reports come from AI. Perhaps old-fashioned customer service would do. Your AI is just confirming that the WRONG answer it has is the RIGHT answer even if it is not. Then it learns from the experience and just makes wrong presumptions about more and more accounts. This phenomenon is becoming more and more common with big companies that blindly rely on AI without making corrective steps.

I keep running across this problem myself, and this morning, after thinking that the problem had been resolved, my points earning quit again. Using my Microsoft Authenticator to log into my account to look it over, I noticed that my phone thought I was in Canada (I live in the US). Trying to fix that problem, I ran across a page that said that Authenticator must have location services turned on at all times, as it contacts MS every hour to ensure that you are in your own country. Mine was turned off - probably done at the last update. SO I turned it back on. I don't know if this will fix the problem, but I will know more tomorrow.

    -nope. Didnt help

Opened a ticket as a last resort and got this reply which indicates that they never read the details that i had explained.. i.e. I have no VPN and have never gained any points in another country.

I liked the "rest assured that i will do my best to diligently work on your case" which i found highly amusing as i recieved an email closing my case before i recieved the one below which indicates that they did absolutly nothing and just sent which i feel was an automated response. I also asked for details of the country or countrys that i have supposedly gained the points in a reply to the below email. So unless my laptop comes alive and flies to another country and gains points there every night then this is a Microsoft problem.

    This was my reply................

Lets see if i get a response
