Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

Location must be turned on all devices so that it continues to work correctly. My phone was not, and for some reason, Microsoft thought I was in Canada instead of the US. Microsoft then turned off my rewards until I corrected the issue. They did not bother to tell me that. They only told me to turn off my VPN, which I did not have running on my devices. I hope this helps someone.

Yep, I got a nonresponsive response and so far silence even after I tried to keep the request open. Not impressed. It should be a simple issue of simply having my correct location shown at the appropriate setting, shouldn't it?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I am not using a VPN nor a proxy. Bing Diagnostics shows that I'm connecting from a UK IP to UK servers and that I'm in the UK - all exactly right.

I have never used a VPN or proxy to earn nor redeem rewards from a country other than my own. Nor have I left the country in the last few years.

I barely earn any points anyway: I don't use Bing, I don't have the toolbar, I just earn the points when the kids play on the Xbox One and throw them at sweepstakes every few months. Now I can't even do that.

I sent in a support request, which was immediately closed by someone who clearly didn't even read my message - which linked here - with a form response telling me I was using a VPN or proxy. Which is unhelpful.

I've reopened the ticket, so fingers crossed I get someone who can be bothered to read the *whole* message this time.
