Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

Microsoft does not care! They do not provide a way of fixing this, except creating a new account. I was in a different country and have been home for 2 weeks and still have this problem after sending multiple support tickets in. It is what it is. I hope someone can correct me, if I'm wrong, but I can't seem to find any other answers.
