Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

I found that the problem is with Microsoft Edge. I installed Google Chrome and use it and the problem went away.

I had the same Issue Jan 1st, 2024. and I lost my almost 300 day streak due to it thinking I was out of the country, I do not use a VPN nor have I ever, I have not left my home region for over 6 months. Just locked out and lost all my streaks due to their glitch. I submitted a request and they gave me a very standard response and said I was redeeming from out of the country then closed my ticket. No resolution, no fix. What the heck??

Why do they refuse to acknowledge the issue, the fact that they can lock you out like this is really bad, especially when it doesn't work properly.

I was finally able to get Microsoft to fix this somehow. About 2 months after being back I was able to get rid of the error message, after continually contacing Microsoft/Bing support and letting them know of the issue over and over.

What kind of a **** answer is this? Most phones and now ISP include VPN services. Your answer is extremely ignorant.
