Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

I got this 100% fixed. I just kept emailing their support about every 3-5 days. After 3 weeks, it was magically fixed, a LONG time ago. Good luck!

The issue is when you win spin to win 500 point reward or 200 point reward. The system believes those earned points are from foreign sites and blocks you. I have reported this but they won't fix it

    I'm convinced there's no fix.

I've had this issue for 6 weeks now.

I've contacted Microsoft on twitter, instagram and even called their store in the UK.

All they tell you to do is raise a ticket.

I asked for a representative to call me and fix the issue they put you on hold and hang up the phone after 5 minutes.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.

I wont be continuing or supporting anything they put out.

Have had this issue for weeks. Just happened out of the blue, and I haven't been out the country nor used a VPN.

Contact MS Rewards Support, but its the same stock answer that tells you nothing. Raised about 6 tickets. Same useless reply each time!
