So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

doesn't matter I sorted it its because i was using google chrome and not Bing to sign in and it didn't recognise me no idea why but that's what happened
I have contacted Microsoft help even in direct messages on twitter. They tell you they can't help and to go back to raising another ticket. If you raise another ticket the rewards close it because it's a duplication. They don't really want to help you and I'm convinced it's all bots because they dismiss any sense of responsibility or duty of care to their customers. Having an issue for over a month with a company the size of microsoft is disgraceful. There's no reason why this couldn't be resolved over the phone.
I have contacted Microsoft 365 live chat and although they explained they were not trained to support Bing and Rewards they advised to contact the below support emails:
******@e.microsoft.com
******@rewardmail.microsoftrewards.com - This returned undeliverable
******@email.microsoftrewards.com
******@orders1.bingrewards.com
But I guess all we can do is contact them and make them notice us.
Other ways are using social media like using "X" with the handle @MicrosoftHelps maybe we can get them to notice us using social media..
I have had this oops error now for a month and they refuse to help. Also on Saturday I logged on and it stole 1000 points from my balance as a 'redemption' for 'oops looks you're on the go' I told them and sent screenshots as its obviously a bug and they said they can't help me, compensate me or refund me.
I really wish I could call someone senior to sort this issue out.
