Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

I am in the USA and have earned all of my points in the USA.

I will not let me earn any more points because of the message I previously sent.

Your response does not solve the problem.

There is no fixing the issue guys. We all got played like fools for boosting the traffic on their sites. This whole program is a sham.

Same with the Microsoft Simps that think they’re doing any good by typing out generic pre-canned scripts.

    Hi ItsIdrooo!

I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Usually, this message appears in your dashboard when you're using Microsoft Rewards in another country. It's possible that they have detected that you're in a different country since you're using VPN which may put your account at risk. Please note that using a VPN to avail any of Microsoft services is not advisable as it violates its terms of services. If you get caught, your account might get suspended or locked out. Please review the following Microsoft Services Agreement here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ph/servicesagreement/. Thank you.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)
