MICROSOFT REWARD POINT IS NOT INCREASING

My Microsoft rewards points in not increasing no matter how many times I Search, I search over 150 times in a day, but my points are not increasing. I tried after clearing browsing data, changing the browser but still my points are not increasing. Someone helps me to resolve this issue.

    I sent in 2 tickets. One for the 15 minute cooldown, that they say they are enforcing because of bots, and a second, where I was not getting ANY extra points from the news feed. The response to the "no points at all" was "WAIT 15 MINUTES." No dudes, that's not the problem. Sso, I email them every day for the past 4 days since I was able to get my points. With screen shots. every day. The tickets do nothing. The response is a default canned email. Microsoft doesn't care. Down rate their "responses" in support.

    I assume you mean when you click on the Bing banner news articles? I've found that if you just type in your own search, you get the points. But you don't really need to make sense in your search. I've typed each letter of the alphabet, individually, and managed to rack up the 150 on PC. Or one word at a time in a long search argument. Same for mobile.
