MICROSOFT REWARD POINT IS NOT INCREASING

My Microsoft rewards points in not increasing no matter how many times I Search, I search over 150 times in a day, but my points are not increasing. I tried after clearing browsing data, changing the browser but still my points are not increasing. Someone helps me to resolve this issue.

    Omg istg i CANT ANYMORE listen alr?? FOUR pages FOUR!! of just comments agreeing with you and i am also SICK with this.. i just wanted to try this out cuz i heard lots of ppl using this to get 'free' stuff by earing points but honestly i cant even i mean, i SIT here for more than TWO HOURS just even TRYING to figure out how to fix this problem.. And about that every 15 min you get 20 points is REDICOLOUS and i cannot stand this anymore.

    Yesterday, apr.28th. I was done in 30 minutes or so. Today , apr. 29th back to normal slowdown on pc. No points from 4am to 5am, then I earned 20. Its 925am. And I'm at only 40 points. Ridiculous

    I just discovered that the daily earned points counter resets to zero each day at a different time. it acts like a 24 hour period clock. I start my days and searching at 4am, before I leave for work. I should be done researching news topics by 5am when I leave. my laptop can usually earn points at that time, but my laptop doesn't earn anything until 6am, when I arrive at work.

    So, we're all in agreement... this forum is for us users to vent. Support is not providing a resolution. They dont care. The AI responses and closures are worthless. One day i can search on phone and pc and be done in 30minutes. I'll have all the news items that are of interest to me to share with coworkers, but other days it takes 15hrs, and my cell phone is last to complete. I cant sit at laptop searching for 15hrs micro soft. My unique searches at that point cant help your algorithm.... who searches one letter
