My Microsoft rewards points in not increasing no matter how many times I Search, I search over 150 times in a day, but my points are not increasing. I tried after clearing browsing data, changing the browser but still my points are not increasing. Someone helps me to resolve this issue.

Now I know. Dumb yes, Microsoft must be hurting.
Why not inform? Customer service??????

2024-06-01T19:43:04+00:00 The lack of response from Microsoft is troubling. I have been waiting for months for the fate of Walmart goft card orders. First they said wait and try again. After numerous attempts and inane MSN responses, there are still not gift cards that I ordered last December.
I am reluctant to try other Microsoft products with this lack of customer service. Although I do like the Surface.
