MICROSOFT REWARD POINT IS NOT INCREASING

My Microsoft rewards points in not increasing no matter how many times I Search, I search over 150 times in a day, but my points are not increasing. I tried after clearing browsing data, changing the browser but still my points are not increasing. Someone helps me to resolve this issue.

    Well,I have been fighting with Rewards points not accumulating for well over a year now,including having reported it twice.It is really annoying because sometimes it woks right away,other times it works only if I go in and out of the page several times and today it isn't working at all no matter what I try.I have over 10,000 points now but I am giving up after I redeem most of them.I really can't be bothered any more trying to use a system which seems designed to frustrate users so enough is enough.

    it's buggy for me like 1 in 3 searches will only give me 5 points I cannot believe how ia It that bad but I have been trying to complete my searches or the day (3 searches a day) and it will NOT go up. I tried to restart it and it is not going up whatsoever I started at 1 pm and it's 9:45 as i'm writing this so I think our problems have to link together or maybe i'm just wrong

    I figured out that there's now around a 6-second delay between searches for the browser extension on PC. For mobile, same thing. It's working totally fine for me now, but it looks like your issue is a lot worse if you're not getting points from searching throughout the day.

    Actually, correction: points seem to take until the next day to update. It will register my searches, saying "you earned 150 points already!", but add points a day later.

    The lack of response from Microsoft is troubling. I have been waiting for months for the fate of Walmart goft card orders. First they said wait and try again. After numerous attempts and inane MSN responses, there are still not gift cards that I ordered last December.

    I am reluctant to try other Microsoft products with this lack of customer service. Although I do like the Surface.

    Tin L i keep contacting them it only gives me like 12 points then it stops giving me and i keep sending and it does only 12 points and doesnt work
