Hello Microsoft!
I've been losing so much trust with Microsoft Rewards. There is a specific issue I'm having and I detailed it as much as I could using the support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support and when they responded to me, they were confused about the issue as well. They said they looked into it, but they haven't gotten back with me. I always lose a streak because the suport team can't help. And when they've helped (when they were good in the past), they've restored my streak from their website bugs, however, when it happens because of a bug again, they refuse to restore it, even though they know it's not my fault that their system glitched out. They didn't give me any free points for compensation, and now they're just getting worse. I'm starting to think if they actually really care, because honestly, they have a weird way of showing it.
I truly believe they aren't doing the best that they can. There needs to be some order in this, to ensure that the bugs I'm currently experiencing don't happen to me or anyone else ever again. This program has been around for years and it was so much better back then than it is now. I understand that some bugs may be confusing, but it's THEIR site at the same time, so it's THEIR job to know what goes wrong, immediately find the issue and fix it, ensuring that it isn't likely to happen again. This is exactly what they're NOT doing.
If you can give me tips on how I can get into contact with them more effectively than through a link where I can't send images of my issue to them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Microsoft, all of their employees and all of their products are WAY out-of-date. The mighty have fallen, over 20 years ago. Would stay away from them completely.
Same here. Has been like this for a few weeks now. Yesterday I couldn't even access Microsoft Rewars at all. I just got a white screen with a round grey figure in the middle.
Hi, I have been using Edge for quite some time and didn't have any issues with Rewards at all. However for the past couple of weeks it has not been counting my daily points. Then yesterday when I wanted to do the daily search, I couldn't even access Microsoft Rewards.
I tried Chrome and it was the same there, so tried Firefox and it worked there.
For info I use pc but noticed you can get more points if you search using phone so synced my phone. That's when I started getting problems.
I tried to report the issue but wasn't able to.

You are correct.
Many people posting here seem to think that the various Microsoft rewards are like a savings account. They are not. People will earn much more by getting a job.
The Microsoft rewards are actually a way to encourage people to use Microsoft products, by adding a way to earn small rewards. Very many retailers do this, with loyalty cards or by asking you to sign up for an account on their website.
For those who think instead that Microsoft rewards are a way to earn money, it's in their interest to game the system so as to accumulate the most rewards possible. This in turn forces Microsoft to implement increasingly arbitrary and draconian restrictions to prevent misuse. Unfortunately, everyone suffers from this.
Nor is Microsoft the only company in this predicament. I'm sure you're aware of websites that show people how to misuse loyalty programs to extract more benefit than companies originally intended. Before it became unpopular, 'couponing' was an example of this.
If you earn Microsoft rewards, claim them as soon as possible. And if your claim doesn't work out, oh well. But no one should look to Microsoft rewards as a way to earn serious benefits. That's not why it was put in place.
