Why Does Microsoft Rewards Have So Many Issues, And Why Does It Keep Getting Worse With More Bugs And Gltiches In The System?

Hello Microsoft!

I've been losing so much trust with Microsoft Rewards. There is a specific issue I'm having and I detailed it as much as I could using the support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support and when they responded to me, they were confused about the issue as well. They said they looked into it, but they haven't gotten back with me. I always lose a streak because the suport team can't help. And when they've helped (when they were good in the past), they've restored my streak from their website bugs, however, when it happens because of a bug again, they refuse to restore it, even though they know it's not my fault that their system glitched out. They didn't give me any free points for compensation, and now they're just getting worse. I'm starting to think if they actually really care, because honestly, they have a weird way of showing it.

I truly believe they aren't doing the best that they can. There needs to be some order in this, to ensure that the bugs I'm currently experiencing don't happen to me or anyone else ever again. This program has been around for years and it was so much better back then than it is now. I understand that some bugs may be confusing, but it's THEIR site at the same time, so it's THEIR job to know what goes wrong, immediately find the issue and fix it, ensuring that it isn't likely to happen again. This is exactly what they're NOT doing.

If you can give me tips on how I can get into contact with them more effectively than through a link where I can't send images of my issue to them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Gonna be funny AF when rewards gets so bad people stop searching and Microsoft realizes the ONLY reason people use Bing is for the rewards...hint, we will stop using it and go back go superior Google

    I've been trying to redeem points for a gift card for a year !! You need to go back to how it was before ! Just put in a phone number and enter the code or go back to you can use a landline! or send a code through email ! This two step verification is

    not working! I put in a phone # I give you an alternate email. but I still always get the grayed out send box I 've been a Bing member for years, it use to be fun, now it feels like a scam. This all started a year ago and the problem is still not fixed, I'm not the only one , it won't work for other people I know and users have been complaining on here for a year! I have already stopped using Edge and Bing will be next. and considering not updating to windows 11 maybe I'll try Apple.

    Does anyone know how to redeem a Microsoft gift card that I got through Bing rewards ? There is no information through help or even copilot that I could get explicit instructions on how to find the gift card let alone use it???. I also want to know what can I use that gift card on? Is it only Microsoft equipment? Or is it through Microsoft/Bing website shopping- and can I get anything - what exactly can I use this gift card on?

    I also have cash back money, but I cannot figure out through numerous searches how to actually buy something with that 'cashback' money ? I don't have a paypal account and don't want one , but it appears I could get money somehow on a paypal account. Anybody has any experience and success with this? or am i up the creek?Customer service is absolutely, horribly, disgustingly no help at all!

    With Bing rewards you get points, with those points you can purchase gift cards. It sounds like you purchased a gift card for Microsoft using your points?

    And now you are looking what you can buy with that gift card?

    If so, read this page, lots of info on it about Microsoft gift cards, FAQ, how to redeem, etc. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/b/gift-cards

    The cashback money has to be withdrawn to a PayPal account. This is the only way that is available. So, create a PayPal account then once it's set up and verified, go here https://www.bing.com/rebates and select Payouts in the top left menu.
