Why Does Microsoft Rewards Have So Many Issues, And Why Does It Keep Getting Worse With More Bugs And Gltiches In The System?

Hello Microsoft!

I've been losing so much trust with Microsoft Rewards. There is a specific issue I'm having and I detailed it as much as I could using the support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support and when they responded to me, they were confused about the issue as well. They said they looked into it, but they haven't gotten back with me. I always lose a streak because the suport team can't help. And when they've helped (when they were good in the past), they've restored my streak from their website bugs, however, when it happens because of a bug again, they refuse to restore it, even though they know it's not my fault that their system glitched out. They didn't give me any free points for compensation, and now they're just getting worse. I'm starting to think if they actually really care, because honestly, they have a weird way of showing it.

I truly believe they aren't doing the best that they can. There needs to be some order in this, to ensure that the bugs I'm currently experiencing don't happen to me or anyone else ever again. This program has been around for years and it was so much better back then than it is now. I understand that some bugs may be confusing, but it's THEIR site at the same time, so it's THEIR job to know what goes wrong, immediately find the issue and fix it, ensuring that it isn't likely to happen again. This is exactly what they're NOT doing.

If you can give me tips on how I can get into contact with them more effectively than through a link where I can't send images of my issue to them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I agree with everything you've said above. I do believe the customer service reps reps try, but I haven't really got satisfaction in a long time! All I ask for is fairness; all I get in return is sorry... that's really not good enough. Maybe what they think is if only a percentage of people reply about the problems, most people not wanting to take the time or effort, then they can get by and still grow their business. We all have to bombard them and maybe eventually leave Bing rewards, which I did today, in order for them to learn from history. It used to be fun and I've learned a lot working the dashboard for points. Get paid for the clicks and then they withhold rewards. I used to feel like a partner instead of a servant. I feel more like a servant. Goodbye Bing rewards!

BTW, if you are going to stay, I think I figured out why my streaks were broken so often . If you have another hot mail email they may because of some glitch in their system switch you over to that email automatically and without letting you know . I think that may be at least part of the problem that I've had with them . But they couldn't or wouldn't figure it out for me; nor would they restore my streak . It's no longer satisfying to me and Gemini Google is a great search engine in some ways better than copilot . Just to be fair, I have gotten a lot from copilot as well .

Yeah, its really down, i cant even send a ticket, it just says rewards.bing.com cant handle this request.
