Why Does Microsoft Rewards Have So Many Issues, And Why Does It Keep Getting Worse With More Bugs And Gltiches In The System?

Over the past 2 months, I've had the same issue with this Rewards mission, and have messaged Microsoft Rewards support 4-5 times, over it. Regrettably, I've only received the stock answer of 'clear your cache' as a solution, which has not worked.

I've highlighted that this is most likely a buggy mission at Microsoft Rewards' end, not a user issue, yet the foreign contact centre that responds to these tickets, hasn't got an answer, just a lot of praise waffle, and fake re-assurances. Another week has rolled around, and so the 'Feeling Symptoms' mission has appeared again, so you know what's going to happen next..!

Rewards Support will not fix this - I really believe it's an issue with the mission itself, that requires the dev team to address it. I've suggested removal of this mission in the rotation, and replacing it with something else, that works as intended, but got no acknowledgement that this idea will be put on the table.

I hate to post like this, but have to be real, until the issue is truly fixed. Keep posting, if you have the same issues, and I'll continue to link this thread in my future tickets.

This hasn't worked for me. :/ This mission has been buggy, for the last 3 rotations.

BTW, don't ever buy a gift card for Microsoft store!!!!! I've lost $125 through their incompetence Particularly with your points ! And thank you for your reply ! I guess many people are having this problem with Microsoft glitches as well as customer service being mostly lazy ; or they don't have any power to do anything helpful or remunerate in any way anymore. there are some very helpful people , but they can't really do anything anyway . Try a dm through Twitter . I have gone through so many rabbit holes with Microsoft and they shift you from one place to another to another to another and going through email support they just give you the same answers one after another after another after another . Maybe they just WANT PEOPLE TO QUIT TRYING????!!! Here are two phone numbers i've tried and got through to people , but they also had to escalate and so far I have not heard from escalation ! SURPRISE, SURPRISE---

Here are the phone numbers I got 800-518-5689 and supposedly that's directly to Bing support . You can try 425-635-2970 and that goes directly to the rewards department . Remember when Microsoft glitched all the time? I thought they were figuring it out when they started windows , but something is wrong with their code and they just can't seem to do it right! It's too bad because they pushed me over to Apple and I think the same thing is happening with Apple as well - it may be a covid new-normal because it was a great EXCUSE for companies not to offer things like customer support or help at all! Maybe it was the way Trump handled COVID , or not handled, correctly at first by Trump ; and then in some ways not handled well by progressives with Biden - at least they stopped hundreds of thousands more from dying and even getting sick , but mishandled the corporate situation . It has become a new normal where people don't know or they simply don't care . , try the phone numbers above and see if you can get some help . Maybe if enough of us call and bug them and keep on bugging them, maybe somebody will do something about it ?
