Why Does Microsoft Rewards Have So Many Issues, And Why Does It Keep Getting Worse With More Bugs And Gltiches In The System?

Hello Microsoft!

I've been losing so much trust with Microsoft Rewards. There is a specific issue I'm having and I detailed it as much as I could using the support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support and when they responded to me, they were confused about the issue as well. They said they looked into it, but they haven't gotten back with me. I always lose a streak because the suport team can't help. And when they've helped (when they were good in the past), they've restored my streak from their website bugs, however, when it happens because of a bug again, they refuse to restore it, even though they know it's not my fault that their system glitched out. They didn't give me any free points for compensation, and now they're just getting worse. I'm starting to think if they actually really care, because honestly, they have a weird way of showing it.

I truly believe they aren't doing the best that they can. There needs to be some order in this, to ensure that the bugs I'm currently experiencing don't happen to me or anyone else ever again. This program has been around for years and it was so much better back then than it is now. I understand that some bugs may be confusing, but it's THEIR site at the same time, so it's THEIR job to know what goes wrong, immediately find the issue and fix it, ensuring that it isn't likely to happen again. This is exactly what they're NOT doing.

If you can give me tips on how I can get into contact with them more effectively than through a link where I can't send images of my issue to them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Hi Everyone,

    After 4 complaints and requests for the dev team to look at this mission, I have FINALLY just seen a change in the mission, and it has successfully unlocked and given the 10 points.

    Enter the search 'health related topics' (without the quotation marks) and the mission will register as completed.

    I have been having problems with Microsoft Rewards as well. Recently I tried to redeem my Microsoft rewards point and was sent a text on my cell phone to enter a particular code. While trying to enter the code the program crashed and I was not able enter the code. so I redid the process and was sent a new text message that I was then able to enter the code and redeem the reward points. However, shortly thereafter My rewards account is somehow suspended which makes no sense as I have not violated any terms or conditions nor have I supplied any false information to Microsoft. I am wondering if my account was hacked somehow.

    I attempted to contact Microsoft Rewards support and have not received any response from them. I would like to be able to speak with someone at Microsoft Rewards and find out what the problem is. I have had a Microsoft Rewards account for more than five years without any issues. Now, out of the blue, there seems to be some sort of problem which I do not understand.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Don't even bother with Microsoft Rewards their SMS codes will come late, they wont let you redeem your hard worked points, lots of problems, customer support cant help you properly just dont bother thats why I quit it because a lot of freakin problems.

    Unfortunately, our experience with Microsoft support looks to be universal. Why one of the biggest companies in the world is so bad at doing clean business and helping people?! Somebody will come up with a great alternative with good customer support and they will go out of business... thanks for your confirmation, I have many people who have confirmed as well that giving them feedback is a huge waste of time; including submitting a help ticket!
