Why Does Microsoft Rewards Have So Many Issues, And Why Does It Keep Getting Worse With More Bugs And Gltiches In The System?

Hello Microsoft!

I've been losing so much trust with Microsoft Rewards. There is a specific issue I'm having and I detailed it as much as I could using the support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support and when they responded to me, they were confused about the issue as well. They said they looked into it, but they haven't gotten back with me. I always lose a streak because the suport team can't help. And when they've helped (when they were good in the past), they've restored my streak from their website bugs, however, when it happens because of a bug again, they refuse to restore it, even though they know it's not my fault that their system glitched out. They didn't give me any free points for compensation, and now they're just getting worse. I'm starting to think if they actually really care, because honestly, they have a weird way of showing it.

I truly believe they aren't doing the best that they can. There needs to be some order in this, to ensure that the bugs I'm currently experiencing don't happen to me or anyone else ever again. This program has been around for years and it was so much better back then than it is now. I understand that some bugs may be confusing, but it's THEIR site at the same time, so it's THEIR job to know what goes wrong, immediately find the issue and fix it, ensuring that it isn't likely to happen again. This is exactly what they're NOT doing.

If you can give me tips on how I can get into contact with them more effectively than through a link where I can't send images of my issue to them, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

-Josh C.

dear support specialist, your reply is so general that it does not help anything or anyone. i see that many, many people are having the same problems and complaints as i have had. i have had patience, but i rarely have had any helpful information or resolutions. is there anyone at MSFT that can actually look at these problems and care enough to fix and get back to users???? i too have lost faith in MSFT.

    Thanks for your reply!

You are correct! Microsoft Rewards isn't the only service that has problems, but the new Outlook is missing a lot of features, including being able to change the background photo from your PC, which you can easily do on the Windows Mail app. I'm starting to think that their updates aren't benefitting any of us anymore. I just lost my streak a week AFTER they restored it and said that they can't restore it again because they already did. What is strange is that it all depends on the agent who responds to your ticket. The ones who refuse to restore your streak are copy/paste messages every time (The Roblox Corporation does this as well). Support teams are not even useful anymore. It's honestly quite depressing what the world has come to when it comes to customer service/satisfaction.

Are there any other services that are similar to Microsoft Rewards that are better? It's a shame what the Rewards system has turned into. It used to be really good back then. Now, it is useless. Every time I build up a new streak, I lose it in a few weeks because of their glitched system, and they don't take any responsibility for it. They always blame it on activities that aren't completed, but they have been completed. Their information is wrong!

Once I redeem my reward which costs 12k points, I think I will not be doing it anymore.

Thanks, Josh, for singing the same verses most of the choir has been singing for months (going into years). Microsoft has claimed for months that they will eventually have Microsoft Rewards working properly...and it hasn't happened yet! If this company cannot maintain and upgrade this small part of their product line, how are we to trust them with properly maintaining their more robust products, like Office 365?! Personally, we're looking into another business productivity suite for both our businesses and personal uses. As you stated above, consumers are losing their trust in Microsoft...application bugs just aren't acceptable anymore, and we're tired of being beta testers for this corporation. (Don't even get me started on the multitude of issues with MS Outlook). Microsoft needs to get their act together and provide more reliable applications...This isn't Windows 3.1 anymore...

Try using Rewards on Chrome browser, that solved all of my problems. It's 100% fine now.
