It's good to know I'm not the only one! The worst part is thousands of people aren't the only ones.

Hello Microsoft!
I've been losing so much trust with Microsoft Rewards. There is a specific issue I'm having and I detailed it as much as I could using the support form: https://rewards.bing.com/support and when they responded to me, they were confused about the issue as well. They said they looked into it, but they haven't gotten back with me. I always lose a streak because the suport team can't help. And when they've helped (when they were good in the past), they've restored my streak from their website bugs, however, when it happens because of a bug again, they refuse to restore it, even though they know it's not my fault that their system glitched out. They didn't give me any free points for compensation, and now they're just getting worse. I'm starting to think if they actually really care, because honestly, they have a weird way of showing it.
I truly believe they aren't doing the best that they can. There needs to be some order in this, to ensure that the bugs I'm currently experiencing don't happen to me or anyone else ever again. This program has been around for years and it was so much better back then than it is now. I understand that some bugs may be confusing, but it's THEIR site at the same time, so it's THEIR job to know what goes wrong, immediately find the issue and fix it, ensuring that it isn't likely to happen again. This is exactly what they're NOT doing.
If you can give me tips on how I can get into contact with them more effectively than through a link where I can't send images of my issue to them, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!
-Josh C.

I'm trying to click on the Rewards icon this morning and nothing is happening. Other parts of the site are working but not that.
Same thing happening with me. every two weeks or so. Getting no points for searches, or daily activities. losing streaks.
Support absolutely no help, generic responses with many hoops to jump through to no avail, as in clear cookies , reinstall etc.
I can only conclude that Microsoft do not care about the rewards program or its customers. Generally Microsoft going well down hill .
My current issues with rewards is the worst its ever been and I'm getting no where trying to get it resolved. Think I will finally give up and cash out and go back to Google.
I cannot understand WHY msft cannot get their act together over so many years with the same problem??? Thanks for your reply and hopefully they will listen to feed back(s)!!! It's really UNBELIEVABLE that one cannot talk to rep for help and support! The 'help' directions are 90% incomplete and don't follow the screens I see on my computer;, and for their operations/apps to be so clumsy???! i don't want to go back to APPLE as there is so many better things one can do with windows nowadays. But, I may have to. I cannot even function using ONERDRIVE; now it is only good for storage, but it isn't easy to get things OUT OF storage or organize data/pictures. YouTube is of little help and there is no person or lessons at MSFT store- LIKE APPLE HAS.
Maybe they are listening, but I don't think so given my history with MSFT...
It's almost September, 2024 and the same issues persist with Microsoft Rewards! What a turd! I am now getting a Trace ID error, and a message that "Something Went Wrong" (TraceId: 66cc95a814944733aa6d94029aa1306c) What an understatement! This is way beyond absurd...perhaps a class action may bring Microsoft around to properly maintain their applications, and to quit using their clients as unwilling beta-testers. Their applications and subsequent updates should be fully tested before release to prevent time-wasting errors for their clients. Enough already!
