To be able to do that,

Go to the Microsoft account family page and add your family members.

Now visit your family leaderboard in Microsoft Rewards to give points. See link below:

https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/community/

Note that a level 1 Microsoft Rewards member may only give or receive 1,000 points per calendar month. While level 2 members may give or receive 5,000 points per calendar month. These limits may change over time.

    As of the first part of June this is not working....I just checked again today and there still is no option to share points with family members as of today June 14th, 2021. I "heard" that there was a glitch but that was back on the 4th or 5th of this month and apparently it is still broken?

    For the people who can't find the microsoft rewards "gift" or "request a gift" option.

    At this moment, in 2021 Microsoft is holding maintenance in their family department for microsoft rewards. It's probable to come back later in quarter 4, 2021. This isn't just you having this issue it's everyone.
