To be able to do that,

Go to the Microsoft account family page and add your family members.

Now visit your family leaderboard in Microsoft Rewards to give points. See link below:

https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/community/

Note that a level 1 Microsoft Rewards member may only give or receive 1,000 points per calendar month. While level 2 members may give or receive 5,000 points per calendar month. These limits may change over time.

    MSD Rewards Dashboard will NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ADD "FAMILY MEMBERS".  I've sent an email to Microsoft Rewards Customer Support and they "can't seem to figure it out".

    This was working FINE until that October 20H2 update.  Now it won't work for anybody.  

    I love how "new updates totally **** up a system".  How inconvenient.  Think they'll give me the points I've missed?  Yeah, right.  

    It seems these days Microsoft does what's best for "Microsoft".......and screw the longtime loyal users.  

    Once I put the family member's email and the "garbled code" in, I get this and have been for over a month now:

    It's not you, it's us

    Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.
