This is absolutely ridiculous, i got my account suspended for no reason. I filled out a form and yet they still have not replied after like a month. Ridiculous. I demand my account to be unsuspended.
I sent 3 tickets in about mine since December 1st and still haven't gotten a response. It seems like they're too lazy to deal with their screw ups so you might just have to start a new account. You could also take legal action if you know you didn't break their terms https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/arbitration

like i wasn't on my device and i was gonna go on microsoft rewards and it said i was banned i don't have a bot on this device.
Same thing happened to me on the 2nd or 3rd of this month and still haven't gotten a response after sending 3 tickets. The lack of communication is ridiculously unprofessional especially since it says they'll contact you within 24 hours.
