Same thing happened to me on the 2nd or 3rd of this month and still haven't gotten a response after sending 3 tickets. The lack of communication is ridiculously unprofessional especially since it says they'll contact you within 24 hours.
This is absolutely ridiculous, i got my account suspended for no reason. I filled out a form and yet they still have not replied after like a month. Ridiculous. I demand my account to be unsuspended.

like i wasn't on my device and i was gonna go on microsoft rewards and it said i was banned i don't have a bot on this device.
