Hi, I am a user of Dev Channel of the Windows Insider Program. I love the features but I am facing an issue that whenever I open the integrated copilot of windows 11 it doesn't work always shows some errors like trying to reconnect, attempting to reconnect etc.

I had Cisco AnyConnect installed. But it was not running at all. I uninstalled it and Copilot suddenly started working. HOW ANNOYING.
I need VPN for when I Remote Desktop in for work.
To everyone having this issue whom don't want to disconnect their VPN just to use copilot, try adding "r.bing.com" to your list of VPN connection hostname exceptions.
Adding this fixed the issue for me completely and now I am able to use Copilot with my normal local VPN servers. (I'm on Windscribe and using their UK servers for anyone curious).
Copilot works when it wants to. Worked fine for one day then suddenly I get the "Attempting to Connect..." error.
Yes, same issue. Very frustrating!
I have turned off internet Kill Switch in NordVPN and that seems to have helped
But just in case, I've also tried tuirning off Web Protection. It is working for the first time in months on my PC.
I've now completley turned off Web protection on NordVPN and that has solved the problem.
