    The rewards list may vary from time to time, Microsoft Rewards team may lessen the option of certain rewards or remove them from the list. One of the reasons is that they run out of gift codes or that the promotion for a certain reward has ended.

    If some rewards are unavailable on your account, kindly wait patiently for them to update the list.

    For the time being, I suggest doing your daily activities to accumulate more points and always checking your redemption page for the latest updates on rewards.

    In addition, you can also reach out to reward support by using the "Provide feedback" option on your account dashboard or the link below. With this, the rewards team will be aware of your request.
