Of my receipts have begun being declined by Microsoft Bing. All my receipts are valid and in date (within 14 days of purchase) but Microsoft has declined all of them. What is going on?

Just wanted to let you know that I followed what you to do and is is working fine. By any chance do you know what types of stores can you scan? Is it just supermarkets? I been trying to find out this. Thanks again for your help.
It’s difficult to tell as my locally owned independent coffee shop receipts are accepted (declined when Microsoft was declining EVERY receipt, including a McDonald’s. 🙄) but my Chinese place that is somewhat regional is a hit or miss so I stopped scanning those out of fear.

A few independent stores, gift stores, have been straight up declined.
With that said, for me, when a receipt is declined and I get a red X, it is covered when I scan a new receipt and so far so good. ✅

I decided to see what would happen if i scanned several receipts in a row like I used to and all my receipts were accepted.
Today I scanned six, one right after the other, and about 35 minutes later all six were accepted. So I wanna say that, for me, things seem to be back to “normal“.
Fingers crossed. lol
Again, as far as Microsoft support, it has been over a month and a half since they said they would check into it and get back to me so there’s that. 🙄

While I haven't had the good luck you have, I have found that more of my scans are being accepted. Just to piss off Microsoft,
I did find my last open ticket communication and updated them that I am also seeing some improvement. HOWEVER, I did remind them that they have not been updating me like they promised AND that they still haven't added any explanation as to WHY when something is NOT accepted. This seems like a good business thing to explain.
Same thing happened to me this week. Prior to a few weeks ago 1 or maybe 2 would be declined vs. all 6. I noticed that most of the declined receipts were mostly from mom & pop businesses. However, the last set I scanned were all major box/grocery stores & National fast-food chains. What is most frustrating is when I attempt to rescan them, and then all of the receipts are treated as duplicates.
I've resorted to scanning one receipt at a time and waiting until it is approved before I scan the next one, which is a hassle as I am walking around w/ a George Constanza wallet ready to explode.
