Why have all of my receipts that I scan to earn points been declined?

I agree re: the advisors -- no help. I did contact MS Support with a screen shot showing all 6 declined, with date and time. I was directed to give them the date and time I scanned them and a copy of each one -- it had been days before I received the declined and no longer had the receipts.. I replied that they should have that since the receipts were all screenshotted and uploaded. They replied that I had to reupload them.

Not worth the effort for a few cents. I no longer bother. MS Support was no help at all.

Someone suggested an app called FETCH. I have been using it for better than a month and have already received two (2) $5.00 payouts while Microsoft still doesn't give me a response.

I also received that same message to send them copies MANY MONTHS ago when I first started documenting my troubles. Trust me, you send them the information and they will STILL not correct their programmed response or correct the issue! My "service ticket number" is still open and 6 months and counting!

Fetch is excellent! Thank you. Also, someone on this thread suggested receipt hog which I have added. MS deals just isn't worth it!

Of my receipts have begun being declined by Microsoft Bing. All my receipts are valid and in date (within 14 days of purchase) but Microsoft has declined all of them. What is going on?

This is not the first time, it happened before with one or 2 receipts. This time were all the 6 receipts.

Hope this can be fix soon, this is discourage bc we take time to get what it is offered.

Thank you for continuing the thread. Last week I received ANOTHER form letter update this time from "Matt" that they are still looking into my original ticket.

I responded to "Matt" that.... thank you for another formed and canned response. However, maybe if you can't FIX the problem, maybe you could just ADD a respond WHY something is rejected!
